Shalini Bansal’s forte is to bring industry experiences into clasroom learning. Extensive experience in Industry and Education equips her classroom teaching/ exercises with a practical and result oriented approach, yet maintaining complete empathy towards the learner.She has contributed towards development of syllabi and delivery for design courses at Post Graduate and School leaver levels , with complete documentation and quality assurance as per standards of Indian or International universities and Edexcel, UK.

Workshops, career counseling and clubs with schools

In her constant endeavor with Design education, Shalini has founded an organization called dESIGNtUTOR and introduced Design and Creative thinking to a younger audience through various workshops and club activities. dESIGNtUTOR has been a knowledge partner with a reputed school in Gurgaon, for many years now.She has also been invited across various school in Delhi and Gurgaon to deliver talks and counseling sessions on higher education and careers in Design.
